Refund Policy

Last Updated: April 2026  |  Effective Date: April 2026

This Refund Policy governs refund requests for OwnRep subscriptions purchased from JK Creative LLC ("JK Creative"). By subscribing to OwnRep, you agree to this policy.

Questions? Contact support@jkcreative.store.

1. Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your first subscription payment. The 14-day window begins on the date your initial payment is processed through Square — not the date you install the Software.

Requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be approved. No exceptions.

2. Refund Amount

Approved refunds are issued as follows:

ItemAmount
Amount returned to you$150.00 (75% of the $200.00 first-month fee)
Amount retained by JK Creative$50.00 (25% onboarding and setup fee)

The $50.00 retained amount covers the cost of license key issuance, onboarding support, and access to the Software during the trial period. This fee is non-negotiable and applies to all approved refund requests.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method on file with Square. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. What Happens When a Refund Is Processed

Immediately upon approval of your refund:

  1. Your license key is permanently revoked
  2. The Software will cease to function on your next launch
  3. Your subscription is cancelled in Square and will not auto-renew
  4. No further charges will be made to your payment method

You should uninstall OwnRep after your refund is processed. If you wish to use OwnRep again after a refund, you must purchase a new subscription at the current rate. Revoked license keys cannot be reactivated.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@jkcreative.store with:

We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 3 business days.

5. No Refunds After Day 14

After the 14-day refund window, no refunds are issued under any circumstances, including:

If you experience a technical issue, contact support@jkcreative.store within the refund window and we will attempt to resolve it.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

These are two different things:

Cancellation means you stop your subscription from renewing. You can cancel at any time through Square or by emailing support@jkcreative.store. When you cancel:

Refund means you are requesting the return of your first payment under the 14-day policy. A refund triggers immediate license revocation — you do not retain access through the end of the billing period.

If you are within the 14-day window and want to cancel without a refund, simply cancel through Square and your access continues through the end of the first month.

7. Subscription Renewals

Monthly renewal charges (months 2, 3, and beyond) are non-refundable. The 14-day refund window applies only to the first payment made at initial subscription.

If you believe a renewal charge was made in error (e.g., after a cancellation you submitted), contact support@jkcreative.store within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate.

8. Re-Activation After Refund

If you received a refund and wish to re-subscribe to OwnRep:

JK Creative reserves the right to decline a re-subscription request from a customer who has previously received a refund and been found to have misused the Software or violated the Terms of Service.

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer rather than contacting JK Creative for a refund, JK Creative reserves the right to:

We would always rather resolve an issue directly. Please contact us before filing a dispute.

10. Policy Changes

JK Creative may update this Refund Policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund eligibility. Updates will be posted at jkcreative.store and dated accordingly.
